At Get Paid Technologies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we have established the following return policy to ensure a hassle-free and fair process for all of our customers:
Returns
1.1. You may return any product purchased on our platform within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
1.3. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
Exchanges
2.1. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
3.1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3.2. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
Shipping
4.1. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for a return.
4.2. If the product you received was defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exceptions
5.1. The following products are not eligible for return:
Products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.
Digital products or services that have been accessed or used
5.2. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our return policy, or to charge a restocking fee for returns that are not the result of our error.
5.3. We expect that we are notified within 48hours after successful delivery if the product you purchase is defective.
